By accessing the Website, booking a consultation or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

If you use the Website on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

Zencore is a Bangladesh-based technology company that helps businesses plan, implement, customise, integrate and support Odoo ERP and related business software. The Website provides information about our services, solutions, industries and case studies, and lets you book a consultation with our team.

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• Use the Website in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading or someone else's information in any form
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system
• Interfere with the Website's operation, for example by introducing malware or overloading it
• Scrape, harvest or mine data from the Website by automated means without our written permission
• Republish, sell or redistribute Website content without our prior written consent

We may suspend or restrict access to the Website, or cancel a booking, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

You can book a free consultation call through our booking page. When you do:

• Calls are 30 minutes long and are offered between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (GMT+6), excluding Fridays. Available times are shown in your own local time zone.
• A time slot is reserved for you for a short period while you complete the booking form and is confirmed once the form is submitted.
• Each email address can hold one upcoming consultation at a time. A new booking can be made once that call has taken place.
• You must provide accurate contact details. We use them to confirm, prepare for and follow up on your consultation.
• To reschedule or cancel, reply to your confirmation email or contact us. We may need to reschedule a call in exceptional circumstances and will let you know as early as possible.
• A consultation is for discussion only. Any advice given is general and does not create a contract for services.

Information on the Website about our services, timelines and outcomes is for general guidance. Any paid engagement, including ERP implementation, customisation, integration, migration, training or support, is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement signed by both parties. If such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.

Unless stated otherwise, Zencore or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design, case studies and code. You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial use. You must not:

• Republish material from the Website without attribution and our permission
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from the Website
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from the Website for commercial purposes
• Use the Zencore name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement without our written consent

Odoo is a trademark of Odoo S.A. Other product and company names mentioned on the Website are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply endorsement by those owners.

The Website may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

We treat business information you share with us during a consultation as confidential and use it only to understand and respond to your requirements. Where a project needs more formal protection, we are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions.

Our use of personal information you submit through the Website, including booking and contact forms, is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Website you acknowledge that policy.

The Website and its content are provided "as is". We work to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free, or that the Website will be available without interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to the Website. Nothing in these Terms will:

• Limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Limit or exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Limit any liability in a way that is not permitted under applicable law

To the extent permitted by law, Zencore and its officers, directors and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or any information on it. Liability relating to paid services is set out in the agreement for those services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new version number and effective date. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, for any dispute arising from them.
