Transforming Manufacturing Operations with Odoo ERP
Jio Industries Ltd. is a Bangladesh-based mobile technology and accessories manufacturing company established in 2017, specializing in mobile handset manufacturing, distribution, and related services, with a production capacity of more than 50,000 mobile accessories per month.
Problems
As Jio Industries expanded its factory and manufacturing operations, its existing production management software could no longer effectively support its growing and evolving requirements. The company needed a more flexible and scalable solution aligned with its updated manufacturing processes.
Our Solutions
Zencore Solutions designed an integrated Odoo manufacturing workflow connecting raw-material receiving, quality control, production assembly, defect management, repairs, packaging, and finished goods. This created a structured production environment where operational information could be managed through a unified platform.
Outcomes
The implementation improved operational visibility from raw-material receiving through production and finished-goods management. Jio Industries now has a more structured manufacturing workflow and a scalable ERP foundation capable of supporting continued factory expansion and business growth.
